Plant/Tree leaves

I know people use mulberry and oak tree leaves, but as I was searching my yard for some mulberry leaves, I saw the leaves on my blueberries were red.

Has anyone ever fed their shrimp blueberry leaves?

Another question, can I pretty much toss any leaves into the tank? I was thinking maple, raspberry, etc...
