Moldy Anubias

I have two large, old Anibias which has been looking a bit sad since the last waterchange. A few leafs fell off but I didn't care much about it since leafs do drop sometimes.

Just now I saw that the whole thing looks kinda yellowish and soft, and theres white "mold" pretty much everywhere. Anyone has any experience with this? Will the leaves drop and grow out again or should I throw the whole package?

Is the rhizome portion still firm and green? Or is the whole entire thing yellowed and squishy? If the rhizome is still intact and decently healthy, remove all of the rotting stuff, give it a really good rinsing and try reattaching it and just leave it to sprout new leaves.
