how to seal DIY co2 generator?

I'm using glue gun to seal the cap of bottle, but i always get leak air gas, very tired.
i would like to know what kind of silicon you use to seal it?

I use a piece of rigid tubing superglued on both sides of cap

I use aquarium safe silicone, both sides of the lid.

Insert the CO2 tubing into the cap and then put a rigid piece of tube or a hose connector nipple into the end of the CO2 tubing. Pull the CO2 tubing out of the cap so that the rigid piece of tube or hose connector wedges the CO2 tubing into place. I've never had to use silicone to seal the CO2 tubing / cap connection area using this method.
