Unless you already have everything to make it, it's probably cheaper to buy one.

I can't even imagine saving any money trying to make one. Those can be very cheap to buy.

Yeah, you're probably better off just getting a manufactured one. Aquaclear is a good brand.

You can find some builds on Youtube, but to echo, you're certainly not going to save any money doing it.
