Suggestions
I want to switch some residents of my 15h. Currently have 4 guppys, 5 zebra danios, 5 otos, 2 green spotted corys, ghost shrimp and snails. I was looking to trade out the zebras for something that will fit well with the rest and not grow too large. They are just a bit too active and I dont think my tank is a good size for them. They are all full grown 1 -1 1/2 inches. Bio load isnt really a factor since I overfilter I just dont want it to be too crowded or lose any existing inhabitants to being food.

First you should boost up your cory numbers, they need to be in groups and will be stressed if they arent.
Personally, I would just get more guppies I think they look nice together. You can also look at some cherry barbs, those are pretty as well, or really any small tetra so long as you get enough for them to school. |

I do have a 10g that I am currently using as a breeder for guppies. I have fry but they are only a few weeks/days old and dont have much color to them and I'm not sure if I will keep them. Another suggestion was Ember tetras. Not sure if my guppies would try eating them or not since they stay so small

Full grown ember tetras should be big enough that guppies wont try to eat them.

Fully grown embers are almost as big as male guppies. Guppies aren't quite the piscivore, anyway.

i wouldn't worry about your guppies eating much of anything. Mine don't bother my boraras urophthalmoides and they max out at 3/4s of an inch.

I managed to net 4 out of 5 zebras last night and swapped them out for 3 more corys gonna swing by the lfs on the way home and probably get about 10 of the embers.
