Questions about cycling a 2 gallon cookie jar

As of today my cookie jar has been set up for 1 month with no fauna. The plants are growing great and have filled in the jar nicely. I would like to put some Red Cherry Shrimp in but, how do I go about cycling? I have done larger tanks with a fish in cycle but, I am trying to avoid that.

The plants will help with some of the waste products that your shrimp produce, but given that it's been setup for that long, there should already be some bacteria in place.

Fot that small of tank volume i would use seachems stability, should be done in 2 days
