I have to write a term paper regarding about profit organization or non-profit organization, about the company goals and some series of questions, and i wish someone can help me out to answer, so i can compact it into a 5 pages long as my term paper... i would greatly appreciate if someone can answer this questions for me~ like an interview which i have to cite.

The profit and non-profit questions also probably require an official company public rep to answer. I don't think any random employee can just release statements for their company.
