Confused!

I read the sticky on lighting stating that wpg is no more and that it is par and lumen that makes the difference. I am more confused after reading this.
I recently purchased the current nova extreme 36" 2x39 watts T5 HO for my 36 gallon bow front (30"Lx 15"Wx 21"H).
Can anyone tell me what type of lighting I would have (low, medium, etc.) before I purchase the plants I want to put in the tank.

I just bought the same one for my 46 bowfront,I would say it is medium light.
