Webbing & Bugs here ??

Just started this scape 2-3 weeks back and just noticed this ( Pictured ) ..
In a couple of the corners and a little on the substrate in particular areas..
I've seen this before somewhere. Substrate is an old bag of Eco Complete that I had in storage for a couple of yrs. Noticed a slight tear in it. All dried up. Thought I would use it up.
Probably NOT a good idea here. I'll most likely re scape it and have some Amazonian on hand.
Just curious what others might identify this with. Almost looks like "Mites" or something.
White eggs on the corners, little microscopic bugs ..

I agree with the weird statement. I wonder what it is or where it came from? You said the bag was torn and the EC was dried up so my crazy imagination pictures a terrestrial insect becoming aquatic, but i don't think there's anything that'll do that lol.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
