How much MGOPS for a 55g

Same as title I'm looking to put a layer of MGOPS about an inch thick in a 55 gallon tank. I have 2 8 quart bags so far but no where near ready to setup the tank.

I'm trying to picture it i think that should 3/4 of an inch layer

Maybe one more bag. If you have extra just us it for house plants.
