Free: Single Emperor Tetra

I need to re-home one emperor tetra I bought at the last GCCA show. Since it's not in a shoal he's gotten aggressive with my glass catfishes.

Not sure of the sex but it maybe a female since it's fins aren't long as some pictures I've seen of males.
