Has anyone seen shrimp eat their own molten shell
Has anyone visually seen their shrimps eat their own molten shells? Or fish eating it, cories?
Because the molts are on the bottom of my tank and I don't see anyone touching them. |

I often see shrimp and snails eating them. Sometimes they sit there a while then all the sudden they disappear. I'd figure it's a good source of calcium for them.

It generally takes a couple days before they start munching. Probably too crunchy when freshly molted or something.
