Can Someone Help A Guy Out? lol

I have a 14g Biocube carpeted with HC and a X-Mass Moss Tree.

Substrate: Eco-Complete
Lighting: Currently 50-60PAR (One Bulb On)
Water: 10 Gallon of water in the tank (After Substrate etc)

I am trying to get my dosing correct and I am just getting confused as I try and research about how to correctly get this done.

I have SeaChem: Flourish, Excel, Iron, and Nitrogen.

Can anyone help out here? I'd really appreicate some assistance.

Currently I am just dosing 1ml of Flourish weekly.

I have a low/med tank I use the exact same products you have, plus potassium. I try my best to follow this chart and my growth has been great.

That dosing chart seems weird to me. I don't know anything about dosing at all, so I'm doing the same research you're doing for the same product line, and I find it strange that they're standardized on the cap size to dose rather than mL/gallon, if I'm reading this correctly. Which.. makes no sense to me. I realize that the caps are standard for the product line, but the end user's constant is the water volume of the tank to be dosed, not the distance between threads on SeaChem caps.

I s'pose I'll try to convert this chart to something I can read with my reptile brain using an excel spreadsheet and then go from there.

the chart ratio is calculated based on the caps (which are supposedly 5ml) and its easier to scale that way likely on behalf of their product.

In other words, their products will seem easier to use based per cap as the alternative would be overly tedious like quoting 3/64 of a cap per this and 1/7 of capful for that. The chart is as much a marketing tool as it is a measurement table.
