Most people dose macronutrients every other day, with micronutrients in between (i.e. macronutrients Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with micronutrients Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday).

I've been using these for a while now. It allows me to measure out 2 weeks worth of ferts at a time. The tops are clear, so I can write on them and I love the locking bar, since I've dumped "extra" ferts in before with regular pill organizers.

I also have a 7 compartment one for fish food so the wife can feed when I'm out of town.
