A while back I found someone on Craigslist selling them (he was in Issaquah). The Fish Store on Roosevelt, in Seattle, also usually has them. The Petco in Seattle doesn't have cherries, but they do have cheap Amanos and ghost shrimp.

Call them first because they sell them as they receive their shipments

Midway pets, kent has a varity of beginer shrimp. Sierra pets has some as well but not as much selection.
