20 gallon planted tank

Hello everyone... I am new to the planted tank and trying to share what I have with everyone. I currently have a low-tech set up with a single T8 hood fixture with no co2 but plan on upgrading in future. This is what im working with so far:

I have had the tank up and running for a month now and everything seems to be doing really well under the "low light" conditions. The banana plant is doing extremely well having the third shoot reach the surface in the time its been planted in the tank. The amazon sword also has a shoot that is now thru the surface of the water. I was told the plant in the front of the tank on the right was called pond penny although I havent been able to find much information on it, if anyone has an idea what it is please let me know. Also, i just grabbed a tiger lily bulb (front left corner of tank). I read that it takes about a month for it to get going but looks really cool when it flowers. Anyone have experience with these? I am new to this so if anyone has good info on certain plants and/or any suggestions as to what would look good let me know.

I moved some things around. Added rotala wallichii (front left of tank). I am planning on upgrading my lighting and adding co2 this week. Anyone have any ideas/ advice with co2???
