I got a Marsilea quadrifolia... now what?

I just started up a new plant tank and at the store where work they got in a potted Marsilea quadrifolia that was part of an assorted plant shipment. (I have been trying to get this plant in for a while but it wasn't on the lists for some reason) The plant was in bad shape, most of the large leaves were brown, but there is a lot of new growth with new fronds at the base... I read that it grows completely differently submerged, what should I do with it now. Should I take it from the plant? I read that I may have to take the rhizomes and cut them into small plantlets… how should I do this, by the large clover shaped leaves, even if the clover isn’t there anymore?

I have had this plant in stock for months!!! You should have contacted me!!!! Anyway, I usually just plant the whole group together, I wrap a few weights around it until it takes root. It should send out runners rather quickly. Give it good light and nutrients and it will grow like crazy!!!!
25 Tanks ranging from 3 to 220 gallons---all planted!!!!

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
