The Highlands-Igwami 10 Gallon

This is my first igwami style aquarium so any advice would be great. I have just got the tank up and running and so far so good. I am using ADA amazonia soil and have DHG belem as my plant. I'm still new to planted tanks so any advice would be great!

P.S. I am also having a hard time trying to figure out what type of fish to get for this tank. I only want one type of fish for I am trying to keep it simple since i am in college. Any suggestions?

Cardinal tetras get too big for a 10 gallon. Look into boraras briggitae aka chili rasboras
