I haven't seen any ada tanks around where I live, Montgomery County. Congressional aquarium sells good plants for a good price but their fish are really expensive. They also sell used tanks for a very cheap price. Another store is tropical lagoon. They sell their fish for a good price. Some of their fish are even cheaper then petco. Theres also other good stores in Maryland that I haven't been to. Other then that, you could go to petsmart and petco but I don't think they take good care of their fish.

I have yet to find a store in the DC Metro area that sells rimless tanks of any kind, let alone ADA.

Might be worth checking house of tropicals in Glen Burnie, don't think they have ADA but do have a good selection of tanks and plants. Think there might be some rimless ones there. Next time I'm in there I will check.

Are there any places that sell dry fertilizers because shipping online is expensive.

If you are up to a drive check out the tank journal section sponsor Aquatic-Garden.

I got to congressional aquarium in Rockville. They have a nice selection of plants although they don't always have a lot of each and sometimes what they have doesn't look so good so you have to be patient and visit a few times to hit them when the fresh plants come in. They have a great selection of fish, much more than petsmart. Invert selection is so so. Their RCS are expensive and they are almost always out. But I find the best invert deals and quality is online.
