LED lights

Is anyone using Saltwater LED lights over a planted tank? I bought some AI Sol lights. 2 over a 75 gal. I''ve been changing the white blue balance and still can't get anything to grow. Plants are simply surviving, not growing or looking good. Everything looks washed out in color. Any suggestions?
