Substrate: Up Aqua Shrimp Soil
Lighting: Finnex Fuge Ray LED
Filtration: Tom Mini Canister
No Co2 or ferts
Fauna: Cherry Shrimp

Have had it up and running for about a month. So far things are growing very well. Slow and steady. Eventually I hope to have a dense carpet of S.Repens and have the stem plants growing up and out of the water.

Nice looking tank I'm surprised no one has commented on this tank. I would suggest putting a background up. I use black plastic for mine and makes all the plants and fish stand out more.

Substrate looks a little thin in the front right maybe? Also the black background would look pretty nice though would looks best in conjunction with a table refinish

I like the diversity of plants you have going on here.

Its a Toms Rapid Mini Canister. I have one on each of my ebis and love them. Perfect amount of flow and completely silent. The only thing is your not supposed to put them below tank level so they might not be a good choice if you want your filter under the tank in a stand or something.

Thanks for the comments! The plants appear more washed out in the pictures then they do in real life. Everything is growing in slowly but surely with no algae!
