magnetic holder

i can't find this thread that this guy use to talk about in his thread.

suppose to be a DIY magnetic intake, outake, and heater holder.

he say that he use this:

http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1...&storeId=10051

something like this
and silicone them together for his equipments...

I want out today and bought the wrong magnet at home depot...

My suction cup is pissing me off, saw it fell off this evening.

I try to pm him, but no answer.

I want to do as he say but don't sure how it will hold a heater. I want to silicone the old fluval suction cup onto the magnet and it should stay in place...

anyone done it ..please help

you're going to have to wait more than 40 minutes for a response...

I'm honestly not even sure what you are asking? Can you formulate an actual question and not a series of vague statements?

WHAT specifically do you need help with...

The magnets you linked to at Home Depot are not strong enough for holding stuff. You need rare earth magnets, which you can get on Ebay or from K&J Magnetics, http://www.kjmagnetics.com/ The ones with countersunk holes through them work the best.
