Boesemani Rainbowfish gender at LFS?

I am wanting to get some Boesemani Rainbowfish to go with my Turqoiuse. I have 2 males and 3 females. I would like to get 4-5 Boesemanis. I would like to have more females than males since there are already 2 male Turquoise. Is there an easy way to tell the gender at a fish shop? They are all young, small and lacking color.
