Waterlife Haloex

Are water conditioners with formaldehyde (Waterlife Haloex) safe to use?

There will be 0.34ml in a 100ml bottle. However the Formaldehyde is 36%
strength so actual formaldehyde 0.122ml. As this needs to be divided by
100 to get what is in 1 ml you get 0.00122 per ml. Each ml then treats
10 litres of water so the actual concentration in the Aquarium would be
0.000122ml/L
