the green stuff, or the pink stuff?
the green is definitely some sort of algae, looks like you have some green dust, maybe some blue-green algae (actually bacteria). the pink stuff looks like nothing i've ever seen before, except paint or the sort of latex injected into dissection animals o_O

to get rid of the green dust algae, you can reduce light, squirt H202 or excel on it, add CO2 (consistent levels), or introduce algae eaters (snails love the stuff, my ramshorns really went to town on it)
to get rid of blue-green algae, you have to dose with an antibiotic. but i can't really tell from the pictures if you have any. search the forum to check.

It might be staghorn algae. It can be a pain in the rear to get rid of!

There are threads in the algae section on how to deal with it.

chladopora, h202 or excel will kill this, as well as reducing light.

You said it's rough, so Cladophora probably.
