What Are Smallest and Shortest Growing Foreground Plants?

I am in the midst of dry starting my 150 gallon tank, which is going on four weeks now. I already have HC planted, but I would like some additional plants that are small and short. What are your recommendation for the smallest and shortest growing foreground plants?

crypt parva stays pretty short. It would look like little bushes in a field of grass with that HC.

I have some C. parva and they look good. Apparently they are slow growing, so I guess I have to wait a while before they fill in.
