Hello my fellow fish/plant people,
I am attempting to grow out a young group of threadfin rainbows with plans of breeding them when the time comes. My question doesn't directly relate to this species itself but more to the water I will be breeding them in. I use pressurized CO2. I am aware that this drops my pH during the day and that pH swings can deter fish from spawning. Is there any way I can maintain a more stable pH while still using my new (expensive) CO2 system? I'd like to have beautiful lush plants AND breed my fish at the same time but am I asking too much or is there something I can do to make it work?

Thanks in advance!
Joe
