2.5 gallon ideas?

Hey! So I have an empty 2.5 gallon lying around and I don't know what to put in it. I want to put cherry shrimp in there but all the stores that have them around me sell them for ~$3-4 (SOOOOO EXPENSIVE). I'd like to purchase from the forum but I'm only 15, which means I don't want a PayPal, and my parents won't buy anything online for me!

So I need some help and some ideas on what to put in the tank. No bettas preferably because I have kept too many and I am too bored of them. OR if you'd like you can send me some cherries for free PM me for my address!

Here's a photo of the tank:

Thanks!

If you can get a berried female cherry shrimp (one with eggs), that's all you'll need to start a colony...

Just have some moss or plants that they can eat off of. Not long after that you can put in a piece of shrimp food and adults and babies will eat it.
