Dosing regime shows major typo?

Shows trace at 1/16 tsp or 5ml 3x a week.

1/16tsp does not equal 5ml.......

The 5ml is referring to the amount you would dose if you made a liquid solution with your dry ferts as opposed to just dosing the dry ferts directly. Basically 5ml of solution will yield the same ppm as dosing 1/16tsp of dry trace.
