This is my first ever tank that I've decided throughout years to make it heavily planted the earlier pics are years old I was very young and did not know much

Looks great! Definitely a huge improvement from the first picture.

The plant behind the driftwood looks to be Alternanthera ficoidea, which is a non-aquatic plant. It will survive under water for a few weeks (maybe even a few months), but it will eventually rot. It is better suited as a house plant.

And I think your right I saw it under the name green hedge?
I'll just replace it with some hygro if need be

Update bought some hygro to replace green hedge a few days back
