What size diffuser for a mini-m

Should I get a 45mm or a 50mm atomic diffuser?

Just to give you an idea - I have a 55mm atomic for a 29gal.
The 45mm should be just fine. Be sure to get two so you always have a backup when your primary one gets dirty.
