Aquariums in Colorado

Vacation for out Family is coming up and Colorado is the destination. I was wondering if there are any Aquariums in the Denver, Boulder and Estes area. I know about the downtown aquarium, but considering that we would have to pay admission for 5 people... that won't happen. So something with little to no admission would be awesome. If there aren't any, I plan on dropping in to see what Aquatic Imports has.

Don't think there are others as far as i know.

The Denver Zoo has a small aquarium feature last time I was there several years ago. Now they have the new Toyota PAssage for Asian animals, so I'm planning to make a trip there sometime soon. But admission is like $15 per adult.

the zoo also has some not giant like the aquarium but its something to go see. i cant remember but i thought that they had a cheaper ticket for the aquarium after 5 or 6pm id call an check to see if they still do it.

Yeah, the website says you can get free parking and exhibit discounts after 6pm, but you have to have an aquarium restaurant receipt.

The tropical discovery in the zoo is full of fish, its a pretty nice little area of the zoo. The whole zoo is top notch. I really want to go see that new elephant area!

The aquarium also has a mini zoo too. Birds lizards and what not.
