Is this algae?

Hi,

Please see the pics attached. You can see some hair like "thing" (RED) that grows out from the bottom (purple)

are those algae? thanks

I can't really see anything other than moss and a pink shrimp (pink? cool)

Tough to see but it kinda looks like hair or thread algae
