Lighting a 18x18x12

I've got a 10" Catalina lighthouse with 2x13w PCs. If I hang it, would it suffice for a dart frog vivarium?

I want to add a water feature that would be siliconed off entirely, no fauna besides maybe some snails, to sorta make a mini paludarium section in the vivarium. Maybe some small floaters and something emergent would look cool.

Anyway, I would have broms, maybe some hydrocotyle or some other viney looking plant, moss?, and I don't know what else yet.

Should I consider getting the Exo Terra fixture made for it and put in two CFLs instead of the Catalina?
