Plants folding up toward the light??

I had my plants setup with a new tank about 2 weeks ago and today not just that I see it growing toward the light BUT The top of the stems are folding up toward it? Anyone knows why, it is good or bad?

When they fold. It means they are done. They have recieved their light quota for the day
