Skinny little worms

I just got a worm bloom in my PFR tank..... They are tinny skinny and long... Any ideas. Also would assassin snails eat them. If not what is a good option? Panda corries?

They're harmless but look quite disgusting

I figured but will assassin snails kill them? Or should I use some panda copies for a couple days
