How much lighting would you need for a 22L?

Hi All,

I'm looking at setting up a 22L (~6 gallons) which is 25cm(~10") deep. I plan on using flourite (black/black sand) as a substrate and running DIY CO2. Plants on the wish list are Glosso and Hermainthis micrathemoides/Marsilea minuta/Hermainthus quadrifolia (pretty much due the lack of HC in NZ).

On bit of a budget, but going into the pet shop in town tomorrow.

So how much (/what sort) of lighting should I be looking at getting?

50 umol of par at the substrate. Look into the stickies.

So I should be ok with 2-3 T8s with a good reflector?
