How much is a portion of moss?

I trimmed back some of my xmas moss and I want to try to trade/sell some of it. Whats the typical size of a "portion" of moss? Any tricks to packing/shipping mosses?

solid golfball size chunks for $6-$7 is fair

Wash moss, squeeze extra water and place in ziplock bag.
