Pinholes in my Crypts and a bit on my Java fern/Anabius

So from I understand Pin holes is usually caused by potassium deficiency. I have dry ferts but at the moment only dose Seachem Comp and excell with pressurized co2.

I thought comp was a balanced fert, why am i showing potassium deficiency?
Or any deficiency for that matter ?

My tank is 10gal with a 40w fixture on it

Seachem comprehensive is used as micro ferts. The amount of micros in comprehensive is very little and would not be sufficient enough.

Makes sense.. So I should probably just start dosing my dry ferts eh
