First planted aquarium with baby tear and glosso foreground.

I had this for 5 months, trimming only once. Now I use it mainly for breeding shrimps. Anything I can improve ? Opinion is appreciated!

And also how can I cure the green thread algae problem in my tank?

Not just you lol I also hate it, that's why I love fluval, black tubes, just like the background gods intended.

But yes, either some kind of background or get a bunch of really tall plants to block all your equipment
