dosing excel in a nano?

I have a 3 gallon fluval spec. It's been running for a few months and I've been just running a basic yeast and sugar co2 system for it. Recently I started dosing excel in one of my larger tanks and was wondering if I could do this in the nano too. I've read mixed reviews about dosing excel in general, and even more about using it in a nano. Also a source of concern for me was the actual dosage to use. I know they say to use 1ml excel for 10 gallons of water. How could i measure .3ml excel? any help is appreciated. I should also note that after it is completely cycled and grown in I plan on adding some neos

I just dilute it 1:20 with distilled water in a little travel size shampoo bottle. Then the measurements are much easier.

I do it in my 3 gallon. Usually 3 drops a day but I believe you can go up to 5.

When dosing my 2.5 gallons I go by the 20 drops per ml rule which would be 5 drops for me and 6 for you.

I have a 3mL syringe from walmart pharmacy and in my 2.5g I dose 0.2-0.3mL (2-3 lines up from the bottom)

I believe it is successful because I have good growth (better than my other non-nanos)

Default small syringes

I go to walgreens pharmacy and they usually just give me 1 or 2 insulin type syringes or tuberculin syringes without the needles for free.

They are graduated with .1 .2 .3 etc ML markings.
I dose my 2.6 gal tank with .4ml daily.
The plants love it and it does not seem to bother the 2 teras and 2 ghost shrimp inhabitants.

I have a pet medicine doing syringe (no needle) that measures down to 0.01ml, after thoroughly cleaning it I'd used it to measure out pure ammonia for cycling tanks fish-less, as well as for doing hydrogen peroxide directly onto hair algae (cleaning in between differnt uses). Its very useful for small dosing. I'd suspect you can get a syringe (with or without needle) from a vet or pharmacy.
