Amano scapes!!

Not sure of how many already are aware of this, but if you subscribe to adaview on youtube they have a lot of seminars done by amano that you can watch to critique your own work or whatever you want. Heres a link to the newest one posted. Enjy

He makes planting looks so easy; he just shoves it in the dirt. I guess I get abit OCD when I plant things.

No problem, like I said if you subscribe you will get updates almost everyday of the week. You can even watch each tank through its maturity.

Look at the amount of plants they have!! They probably have close to 200+ dollars of plants per tank just when they start it, and believe it or not when you wet down the powder type enough the plants just slide right in like you see and actually stay put.

If you subscribe to the newsletter you get notification of podcasts too. The latest videos are edited from those events. Mesmerizing to watch scaping for hours on end and no pruny fingers and aching shoulders.

I have plants, I want the tank, wood and rocks!

Here is my current favorite video.

These vids have been up since September of last year. I've been following the scapes from the very beginning. I've learned so much so far. Actually, one of the things that impresses me is how fast they actually plant these tanks. It usually takes me hours. I'm not talking about about set up I know that is edited. But planting is very quick! I'm surprised not more people know about ADAview.

I'm sure if we had assistants prepping everything for us, we would be able to lay down plants in the same amount of time. Great link.

Time is money. The assistants prepare so Mr. Amano can plant quickly.

This video was just posted yesterday, edited from the podcast. There is more explanation on plant placement in it in English.

Agree, whether we want our tank to look like them or not there is a lot to be learned by watching the videos.

Best video link ever. I don't apply ADA aquascaping myself, but I love seeing it done. So much to learn in these videos. Thanks a ton.
