10 gallon shrimp evolution tank

I just LOVE some of the amazing tanks I've seen on this sight. Handshakes (and in some cases, hugs) are due for many of you. I'm trying to work on my aquascaping abilities. I'm no pro by any means. I would love to get advice and critiques on my aquaria.

I have other journals as well. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

This is my 10 gallon planted.

-15 Watt T8 Floramax
-Marineland LED
- Marineland penguin HOB w/ sponge prefilter
-Tahitian moon sand substrate
-Seachem Root Tabs (used only once, and sparingly)
-no CO2
-Flourish & Excel like once a month
-50 Watt Aqueon heater

-Anubias Barteri Nana
-Java Fern
-Naja Grass
-Cryptocoryne wendii "Bronze"
-Cryptocoryne parva?
-Hygrophila difformis
- Limnophila aromatica
-Echinodorus parviflorus
-Marsilea minuta
-Nymphaea 'rubra'
- Persicaria sp. 'Kawagoeanum'
-Echinodorus vesuvius
-Pellia
-Baja moss

Fauna:

-20-ish RCS from 3 different sources
-2 baby LF BN Plecos one reg, one albino blue eyed
-One MASSIVE Ramshorn snail
- A Few Nerites, and MTS
-One Bee Shrimp
