Osaka 1.5 months later

This is the development of my new 85Gallon fluval osaka, a transplant from my old 38 tall

Facts:
85gallon fluval osaka bent glass aquarium
Fluval FX5
Fluval U4 as powerhead
Dirt substrate with gravel cap
Stock Lighting

Fish:
3Gourami
4 angels
4 apisto
3 small pleco
10 black skirt
7 harlequin rasporas
7 tiger barbs
15 white cloud minno
1 red tail shark
1 clownloach ( had a snail problem)


plants:
vals
hygrophilia
java of some sort
microsword
a few unknown




Here is the dirt in the tank as i slope it fron to back & back corner to center.



Here we go with the hardscape, all of this driftwood with the exception of 1 peice came from the old man river, they were to large to bake or boil so they got soaked in salt for a long time, they still ended up leaching quite a bit but a month or so later its all clear.

So I had seen some substantial growth from all varieties of plants with exception of the microsword, I hated the scape even though the growth looked good. So yesterday I ripped it down and left nothing but gravel and 1/4 the water and did a full rescape. I will take some better photos when it's night out. But for now here are some I took after all the debris settled!

What's the stock light like? What kind of light Lvl do you get with it. I was looking at getting one. Great setup BTW.

Well there are 2 T5HO's so the whole WPG is a little askew, It seems to me that I have enough light to see substantial growth with out opening to door too wide for algae. As far as the tank itself, I love mine it looks AWESOME in person I highly recommend it!

'twas my clown loach, he went to live in my inlaws cichlid tank today.

that stinks. loaches can be a little hyperactive, but atleast you caught him.

He has been in my tank with plants for almost two years and never eaten one, then overnight he just mowed them down, there are 6 or 7 stems that have no leaves any more. So strange...
