a couple quick pics. due to a bad aquascape, i had to tear down the 60. the driftwood was blocking light and i had a few plants rot and raise my levels, so i decided to tear it down and use the plants in other tanks
here's the current (give or take a few days) state of the 75:

and i finally got the 125 back up and running.

i actually added quite a few plants to the 125 today but have yet to take any pics. the original plan was for it to be my "a/c tank" it was going to have a high light side and a low light side, hence the rock formation in the center.

Thanks again for the plecos Steve, they look good, will make a nice addition to the tank. I appreciate it. Sorry the 5.5 was so dirty...

Not a problem! Thanks for the 5.5 gallon, I just hosed it down and its plenty clean for growing out fry. Let me know how the pleco fry turn out for you. If they die, I can always hook you up again with some larger ones in a few weeks that will likely stand the test of time. Pleco's really are one of those indestructable types of fish though. Once they get into their "teen" years, it's usually smooth sailing the rest of the way through. If you keep them alive for a couple months then you'll never be able to kill them.

I got somewhat lost in central philly trying to go to the ardmore petco haha! Bunch of one ways through fairmount park. Got my girlfriend on the phone to help me find my way and I ended up picking up 1 SAE (they only had 3 and the other two looked sick) and of course I couldn't stop myself from picking up a 40 breeder for $40.

You got a sweet setup...get on that driftwood situation! It will make it look that much nicer haha. I would toss those tetras in the garbage and get something new

I'm all about beer and BBQ haha...I'm sure you'll see them on the glass at some point or another. My bristlenose have never been shy, that's why I like them so much. The males basically hover around saying "hey look at me...I'm the boss" and then flare they're spines at you (which is awesome) haha

Here's my tank after about 5-6 weeks of co2. I only have it set at 1bps and still not dosing. I'm sure I could get better growth but at least nothing is dying.

Looking good dan! Mine pale in comparison right now. Just can't seem to stop the rot.

Actually, after doing some research last night, it seems i have a co2 deficiency. So i guess tonight i will be cranking up the co2 in my 2 main tanks. Probably should get a new drop checker as well.

Looks good.

Whats the tall leafy plant in the 2nd pic, and the dark green low plant on the left in the same picture?
