Oh don't worry I took no offense I blame it on the cough medicine high I am riding :-) thank you for the compliments of course, that 125 has been a project finally coming to fruition!!

I love the tank posted earlier by aquabarren... the red plants.. I really need some color!

Hey Bill, what are you stocking your 125 with?

My original plan was to make it an invert/crypt only tank, but looking at it's size, and talking to van, I realized I would never see the shrimpies and such, so decided on fish. It currently has a bristlenose pleco, 3 striped rafael catfish, 5 male endless who need a new home and some pacific blue-eyed rainbows which are going into my new 60 (thanks van). Thank goodness the cats are small and have time to move the others. Currently thinking angels. Any other suggestions? And no van.....I am not doing daily to water changes for discus!! Lol

You got to get a nice group of schooling fish. Wait till petsmart has neon tetras on sale for a $1 and buy like 30 of them!

Oh....the koi angels....aren't they fabulous??? One idea I had was 70 or so cardinals (the reef has them for about $1.50) and 30 or so von rio tetras. But that plan got shot to (expletive) when I tossed in the other two catfish. On the upside, at least I would know the catfish ate expensively......lol i'm kinda stuck on altum angels right now. A school of about 8 and a school of rummynose will look cool. Although.....rams or apistos are looking good too.( I know, not together...lol)

Wait for me to breed those Electric Blue Rams. I am still growing them but I hope to breed them by summer.

i dont have much experience with plants
all i had before was java and anubias
what subs do u use for 55gal and 20g planted tank?
do u add co2 or something for ur plants?
tanks look really good

are u gonna have a shrimp only tank?
or do u have plan to add more tank?
i have this pre filter or 20 , 55gal oak stand or 15gal tanks for future trade

the 55 has dirt, play sand and floramax. the 20 has dirt and play sand and the 125 is dirt and black diamond blasting grit in both coarse and fine mixed

nope, just excel. might add diy co2 on the 55
