No more photos for here ? I thought this thread would take off !
C'mon...Dont be shy people... most of us bark alot here , but I swear we dont bite ! On a side note...I would love to hit some of them LA fishin holes with ya Roy...I hear are awesome !! Man would I like to get into some of them 9lb bass ! The biggest I ever caught up here in CT is 6 1/2 lb, we got 'em bigger up here but they are not all that common. Our "average" bass catch on a day are mostly 1 1/2 lb fish with a 3 or 4 lb mixed in every now and then... hopefully ...LOL What you consider an average day down there I would consider a GREAT day ! Nice fish there bro , great photo ! ![]() Heres a couple photos of me and my favorite fishin buddy.... my wife. That girl loves to fish and has whooped my butt on several outings ... LOL ! Stringer full of trout on the first photo, my 6 1/2lb in the middle (released to become a 9 hopefully ) and then she even loves ice fishin... some nice calico's we jigged up

Gee, I feel left out, not having put up any pictures of dead fish or fishin' buddies like everyone else.
So here's one of me with a recently deceased fish, my fly rod, and a 12 lb. tippet. And below, my son Stephen, an excellent fishing buddy to be sure! ![]() My other fishing buddy, my youngest son Mickey, will not hold still long enough to have his picture taken while fishing. The second a fish is off his line, he's winding up for another cast!

Nice shots Scolley!
This is Vanessa and I, last weekend, at a cottage a few of us rented. Kind of a stupid looking pic of me; we (the lads) were having a contest to see how far we could stick our guts out without the women catching on. I think those were the rules... And, for the record, I was forced to wear the hat. Last edited by jart; 11-21-2011 at 12:17 AM.. |

That lake(Toldeo Bend) has a 14inch size limit on it, which as you probably know is about a 1-1/2lb or so bass. We average around 2-4lbs fish. We have a personal release size of 4lbs or greater so anything bigger gets released. Unless you have one you want to mount. These large females produce so much more eggs than the juvies. I am not mount any more that have to die. I have a couple mounted already. The next will be a free replica over 10lbs. |

So bc_hawaii, if I'm reading your other posts correctly, you've got multiple aquariums, a nice pond, and now we see this lovely young lady hanging on your arm. IMO, you're doing pretty good at only 16! Welcome!
