They have CPDs at Aquarium Center in Jersey. They were pushing them pretty heavily.

SAE's are available at the Petco in Ardmore.
Very good guy that is in charge of the fish section. He had some healthy GBR's and a pair of agassiz (Not the best genetic stock). Also has a few beckfords pencil fish, a few Goyder River Rainbows, some BNP's for 2.99 and albino ones for 3.99. i just picked up 4 SAE's and a Farlowella Cat for 5.99 |

If they are true SAE, I'll be making the trip to ardmore tomorrow afternoon. How many did they have left? I have a school of 8 right now that are full grown but I would love to add juveniles to the mix to have once the adults start dying off from old age. If you can snap a picture of the fish you got I would appreciate it. |

just picked up 6 very nice turquoise rainbows at nemo's. THey still have quite a few left. Also saw some Milleniums there (Glossolepis Pseudoincisus).
These are in the best condition i've ever found them. A little steep at 24.99 but worth it when you consider the ones at ThatFishPlace are half the price but only a quarter of the quality. |

Joon, I called that petco in ardmore to double check that they were in fact SAE. When I called on Saturday they only had 2 left, so I didn't think it was worth the 30 minute drive. But on a positive note, if petco has access to getting true SAE's then we're definitely going to see more of them in the future which is awesome. I did however check my local petco to see if they had similar stock, but unfortunately they didn't.

I highly doubt that petco takes requests, but if you got in contact with someone high up then maybe they could figure out how to get some of the fish we want into petco's. Highly doubt it would be possible, but you never know how these chain stores work. I imagine sales plays a large portion of what they order so if they notice that all their SAE's went like hotcakes I assume they would order more?

I think the Manager of each store orders the fish? At least I thought?

If that's the case then I don't see why we couldn't request more SAE. I would buy like 10-15 more. Added to the 8 large ones I already have...a school of 18-23 would be awesome in my 75 gallon.
