29 Gallon, First High Tech

I have a standard 29 gallon tank. This is my second attempt at a planted tank. First one was low tech.

I'm finding the CO2, surface agitation, and flow balance annoyingly complex.

Pardon the look of this ... Just getting things started. 3 weeks in. 6 days after an experimental pruning (wanted to see how long it took to recover)

29 gallon tall tank (30"x19"x12")
Finnex Ray 2 LED @6 hours via Timer
Eheim 2217 Canister Filtration
Hydor Ext 200w Heater
Hydor Koralia Circulation
ADA Aquasoil
Pressurized CO2 @8 Hours via Timer
Dosing modified EI @ NPK, Plantex CSM+B, FE
Water changes 3x per week due to new tank needs.

Plants now = rotala rotundifolia, Hemianthus micranthemoides, Blyxa japonica, Lilaeopsis novae-zelandiae

Plants future = Rotala SP. Nanjenshan, Rotala sp. Colorata, Rotala Mini Butterfly, Rotala Hra, Rotala Bangladesh, S. repen

Fattening up new plants. Getting CO2 Dialed in. I never realized how complex this could be. Thanks to Tom Barr, I understand it a lot better.

I've had teeny tiny instances of Spiro and Staghorn algae. I believe this was a result of poor CO2/O2/Flow. I'm now free of this algae but watching closely.

Increasing light to 7 hours.

Added 9x Neon Rasbora
Added 9x Red Chilli Rasbora
