Hey Rachel,

How're you shipping the Repashy food? I.e. 2 2oz packages to 85712?

Thanks!

Are you able to sex your yellow neos and if so, what size are they? I really need some breeding sized males for my tank of almost all females.

I looked around online but actually had trouble finding an answer for once!

Do you know if zebra otos and otos of a different species (unknown, but think they are vestitus or vittatus...i am real bad at figuring out what I have) will shoal together? I have 4 of the type I have now, and could possibly add a couple/3 of the zebras but wondering if I actually need 4 or more of each species as I have read Otos prefer to shoal.

They are different species (zebras are cocama) but they should be social with each other. What I do not know is if they could hybridize (or if that is even an issue)

Do you ship with oxygen or breather bags?

I do use oxygen, I don't use breather bags (don't like them, my water is not soft. Allowing for oxygen exchange produces a more toxic environment)

Umm, if you put oxygen in the bags, how is that different from allowing oxygen exchange right through the bag?

because as ammonia is produced through waste, it drives teh pH down, rendering the ammonia non-toxic. There is no exchange of gas. When you allow the exchange of gas, it allows the pH to stay stable (in my case moderately hard) and allows teh ammonia to become exponentially more toxic.
